Fees      

Notarization fees are $10.00/ notarization.   

Our normal travel fee is $15.00 in the Santa Cruz/Capitola area.   Fees are  higher outside of area, after normal business hours, and for SC County Jail & UCSC visits (both due to parking problems).

 Travel fees are based on the time and distance the notary needs to travel to get to the client and at times may need to include a charge for parking.  Also, the appointment/travel fee is based on the hope that the client is ready to sign, has correct ID, & has the documents ready --- the usual one or two notarization appointment lasts about 15minutes.  If the client is not ready or needs to locate/print documents or signers/witnesses need to be located &/or produced the travel/appointment fee may need to be adjusted.   Additional costs are charged at the rate of $15.00 per 15minutes.
